April 25 at Villa Le Corti, in Chianti: visit, stay and taste

Visit Villa Le Corti on April 25

From Saturday 23 to Monday 25, April 2016, yous may come to visit the wineries and garden of Villa Le Corti (by booking only) the historic seat of the Principe Corsini winery, producing the great wines of Tuscany.

The property is over 250 hectares, of which 49 hectares are vineyards, where they plant Sangiovese for the production of Chianti Classic and IGT Toscana wines  (Don TommasoCortevecchiaLe Corti, and Zac). Alongside the vines, olives are planted as they have always been in Tuscan tradition, producing extra virgin olive oil,  Chianti Classico DOP.

Stay in Villa Le Corti

Of notable beauty and importance is the historical wine cellars: constructed in the 1600s, it is organized into three subterranean levels. They wind through a system of rooms and corridors underneath a stunning Italian garden aboveground. Both the winery and Italian garden will be open.

Inside the Tenuta di Villa Le Corti, guests may choose to spend more than just a day by staying in the two recently restructured accommodations: the splendid Gugliaie and Sperone. Two jewels of rural Tuscan architecture, equipped with every modern comfort and located just a few kilometers from Florence.

The restaurant Osteria Le Corti is located inside the Tenuta. It will be open for lunch. Our Osteria uses organic products paired with our wines, which have also been certified organic beginning with the 2015 harvest.  The arrival of spring has brought with it a new menu, with all the flavors of the new season.
