Chianti Classico Collection 2017

On February 13th and 14th, 2017, Principe Corsini’s labels will be a centerpiece of a collection unlike any other in the world. At the Leopolda train station of Florence, a unique wine collection unlike any other in the world will be presented with Black Rooster labels – or the “Gallo Nero” symbol that identifies the producers of Chianti Classico.

Circa 185 wineries will be presenting a total of 676 labels, 57 previews of the 2016 vintage, and 87 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione for tasting.

The Chianti wines of Principe Corsini

This great collection represents an important preview that will give visitors the chance to discuss the origins of the labels with the producers, and to learn about the customer guarantee that protects both clients and producers under the Chianti Classico symbol. Principe Corsini will have a tasting of their Chianti Classico labels, with Riserva Cortevecchia 2014, Le Corti 2014 Chianti Classico and Gran Selezione Don Tommaso 2013.

The tasting is reserved exclusively for operators of the industry. Finally, at the end there will be a wine tasting counter where visitors may taste Zac 2012 IGT Toscanaa 100% Sangiovese from the Gugliaie vineyard.
